About the Role
Operations Specialist will coordinate daily operational activities to ensure the seamless execution of marine projects, including survey scheduling, material allocation, and personnel deployment; oversee interdepartmental communication to ensure timely completion of project timelines and objectives; develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budgetary and time constraints; manage third-party contractors, ensuring their services align with required standards; and prepare operational reports and performance metrics on the status of ongoing projects. A minimum of 24 months of experience in the job is required.
